the staff was super-friendly, the rooms spacious, and the location ideal for exploring the city with easy access to transportation. we loved the comfy beds and the convenience of free hot water at the reception. definitely a place to revisit for future trips.

The location was fantastic, close to the train station and GREAT restaurants nearby. Room was comfortable, with private bath and free WiFi. Would stay again for the convenience. Photos didn't do justice to the room.

I chose this hotel for attending a board meeting because it provides the perfect place in Stockholm to host my next meeting or event. All four meeting rooms are equipped, making for an authentic business environment within the hostel walls. Each of these meeting rooms are equipped with high-quality projectors, sound systems, and Wi-Fi.

One service that I missed for my work was the lack of a dedicated business center with printing and copying facilities.

My stay at Generator Stockholm was delightful, with a central location perfect for exploring landmarks like Stockholm City Hall and the Vasa Museum. The blend Steelhouse's relaxation offerings, from the night club to the TV room, added to our enjoyment. While the dormitory facilities could use some improvement, the overall experience was pleasant and memorable.

Dive into seasonal eats in the dope restaurant & bar scene. The local haunts are lit—try Sushibaren, Dim Sum Room, or Ristorante Da Peppe Due. The main scenes, like Indian King or Restaurang Sensum, are just a stone's throw away. And big up to SAM & AGNES for the sick vibes and mad beer pong skills! Cons: Not high tech with those super touchy light switches in the loo, and no kitchen for culinary adventures. But hey, grab all the noms with plastic fantastic! Oops, my bad! Love Johnie & Justin x

I chose Generator for its central location near Stockholm Old Town, but the flexible and spacious social areas pleasantly surprised me. The hip lounge and Scandi-cool café were perfect for grabbing a snack or coffee, and the 24-hour reception staff were always ready to help.

The private guest rooms at Generator Stockholm are super cozy and modern, with a funky vibe that really suits my taste. The private bathroom with a shower is a huge plus for me, as I love having my own space to freshen up.

I personally found the lighting in the room a bit dim, but I know some people might actually enjoy the cozy ambience it creates.

The city's culture and events outside are a bonus. And the safety measures made me feel secure. A gem for exploring museums, music, and design. The unique layout felt both modern and cozy.

The beds were super comfy, and the rooms were spotless. the staff was incredibly friendly and helpful. the location was perfect, making it easy to explore the city on foot. I loved the cool bar connected to the hostel, where you could meet new people and even get a tattoo!

One small thing that could be improved is adding a simple kitchen for guests to use. It would be great to have the option to cook a meal or make tea and coffee in a cozy atmosphere.

The location of the hotel was perfect, within walking distance of the central bus/train station and surrounded by convenient transportation options. the staff was friendly and helpful, always ready to provide directions or assistance when needed. the rooms were well, equipped with brand, new furniture, comfortable beds, and convenient amenities such as individual lights, USB sockets.

There were a few aspects of the hotel that I didn't find satisfactory. there was a lack of open areas for use, especially for eating.

We had a great stay at Generator. the room was bigger than expected, clean, warm, and cozy. It was a relief to have a warm room in December. the location was good, just a 15-20 minute walk to the city center. the hostel had a restaurant and bar downstairs, which was very convenient. They even served a delicious a la carte breakfast if needed. the atmosphere in the bar/restaurant area was fun and enjoyable.

The central location of Generator allowed me to easily access the Stockholm Old Town, a place I've been eager to explore. The stylish and modern social areas, along with the 24-hour reception, exceeded my expectations. Whether for a snack, coffee, or work, Bar Hilma and the Scandi-cool café offered great options.

Noise and vibrations from the club made sleep difficult. No guest refrigerator available.

I had a great time staying here. The hotel facilities were fantastic, from the well-designed and comfortable room to the delicious breakfast at a great price. Additionally, the location close to the main sights made exploring this city very convenient. Lastly, I cannot praise the staff enough! Friendly, helpful and they even let me check in early.

I recently had an amazing stay at Generator hostels. the room was clean and comfortable, and I loved the spacious lockers under the bed. the hostel also had a great breakfast and a bar and restaurant on-site. the location was perfect, within walking distance to various attractions, restaurants, and public transport. Highly recommended!

Despite some cleanliness issues in the rooms and bathrooms, my overall experience at the hostel was fantastic. the friendly and knowledgeable receptionists, especially the girl with curly dark hair, made my stay memorable by providing great recommendations and assistance. the location was convenient, and the unique features such as the buzzer system for breakfast orders and the bidet shower in the toilet added to the positive experience. An improvement could be to enhance the cleanliness standards in the rooms and bathrooms for a more comfortable stay.

This hotel, located just perfectly in the downtown area near Central Station, offers great value for money. The rooms have attention to detail, with comfortable beds and mostly nice views of the town. I was pleased to find a kettle in the room, allowing me to make tea whenever I wanted. The breakfast offered a variety of options and even had a coffee machine.

the place is very clean and made in best scandinavian interior traditions. breakfasts are very tasty and it’s better to ask for them in advance for savings. great location - right in the center. it took me about 10 min by foot to get there from the central station. the room is nice-looking.

I always return for the excellent service and amenities. The staff even helped me with an insect bite once. The place has everything I need: Wi-Fi, air conditioning, laundry, bar/lounge, and a pet-friendly policy. I'm coming back for another trip.

Oh, and the shower? It's just a curtain and a hole in the floor.

This experience added an exciting dimension to our trip, creating unforgettable memories for all of us. Additionally, the outlet shopping in the area provided a fantastic opportunity for some family retail therapy, making our overall stay truly enjoyable.

My wife says that an indoor play area for kids would have been a great addition to the hostel's facilities, providing a dedicated space for children to play and interact with other young guests.
